Wayne Newell is the founder and President of CST. Prior to forming CST, Mr. Newell was Managing Director of The Management Alliance Group where he successfully managed client relationships and searches spanning all industries and disciplines including legal, finance, marketing, and human resources. Mr. Newell has also been Vice President at Koontz, Jeffries and Associates, Inc., where he launched their Legal, Marketing, and Technical Services Department. Early in his career, Newell was a consultant at Management Recruiters, Inc., where he conducted mid to high level searches in the environmental, health, and safety areas. While there he was in the top 10% of producers for three consecutive years. Wayne received his BA degree in Marketing from Kean University. |

Honig is Vice President and a Managing Director of the firm. Mr. Honig is also a founding member of Workplacediversity.com, an online recruitment website dedicated to providing corporations with qualified experienced minority candidates. Prior to merging with the CST team, Mr Honig brings over 15 years of experience in business start-ups, technology management and the Internet to CST. Most of his experience has been in the recruitment technology industry. Prior to joining CST and WorkplaceDiversity.com, Honig was involved in the Applicant Tracking Industry, where he worked with BrassRing Systems and Peopleclick.com. Before that, he was the Director of another popular Diversity Job Board. There, he was responsible, for teambuilding, overall growth, and operations. Honig was also recognized for forming major strategic alliances. Upon serving four years in the US Navy, he graduated Summa Cum Laude from National University with a B.B.A. in Business Administration. Honig is a member of Society of Human Resource Management. |
